Ebb & Flow Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of our services or communications.

7. Compliance & Third-Party Platforms

The Company utilizes third-party platforms (including CRM, messaging, and automation providers). Ebb & Flow Consulting LLC is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or compliance actions taken by third-party providers or mobile carriers.

8. Modifications to Terms

Ebb & Flow Consulting LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or activities that jeopardize compliance with legal or carrier regulations.
